UBatteries values its relationship with you, and offers you the option to return your purchase for refund or replacement.

30-Day Return Period for Most Products and Accessories: Unless specified in item page, all hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts may be returned within 30 days from the date on the invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees (as further described below). Any product returned to UBatteries without prior authorization from UBatteries will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive credit for the product and UBatteries will not ship the product back to you.

Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Ubatteries error, UBatteries may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.

Promotional Items: If you return a purchased item that qualified you for a discount, promotional item UBatteries may deduct the value of the discount or promotional item from any refund you receive for the return of the purchased item.

How to Return a Product: Before returning a product, you MUST first contact UBatteries customer service and obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number before the end of the applicable return period. UBatteries will not accept returns without a valid RMA number. Please contact us at 1.877.676.6996 or send an email to cs@ubatteries.netto request a RMA number.

NOTE:You must ship the product to UBatteries within 5 days of the date that UBatteries issues the RMA number and MUST follow these steps: Before returning a product, you MUST first contact UBatteries customer service and obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number before the end of the applicable return period.   • Ship back all products you are seeking to return to UBatteries and for which you received a RMA number.
  • Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any media, documentation and any other items that were included in your original shipment.
  • All returns must have a copy of the invoice with RMA# for identification purpose. Please carefully package all returns. We will not issue refund for damaged condition packages.
  • Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.In Case of DOA we will cover any shipping charges up to 14 days from date of purchase.

Upon receipt of your return, UBatteries will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees subject to this policy.
