To receive an RMA number please send us an e-mail to UBatteries.net@gmail.com messaging system showing your Order Number, Item Number and details of the issue you are experiencing with your item. All Products returns must include: UBatteries logo on product with serial number All original boxes and packing materials provided by manufacturer Original UPC codes if available All manuals All accessories All manufacturer documentation Warranty Replacements - After 30 days from the ship date of your order, your purchase falls under Warranty Replacement status. Following the 30 days, you are only eligible for a replacement of a defective item. Customers cannot exchange for a different item unless the original item has been discontinued. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to UBatteries as well as all return shipping charges back to the customer. The fee for return shipping charges will vary due to quantity and weight of items.
